Single Session - Standard

$89/per session

A focused, one-on-one session designed to help you work through a specific situation, pattern, or mental loop in real time.

This is best for gaining clarity, understanding your thinking in a particular moment, and walking away with a more intentional way to respond.

4- Week 1:1 Program

$300 total (75 per session)

A personalized four-week, one-to-one program designed specifically for you. Each session includes guided worksheets and real-time exercises to help you apply what you learned immediately.

Single Session - Prime

$109/ per session

A deeper, more supported one-on-one session designed for those who want additional space to explore their thinking and receive more guided feedback.

In addition to your session, you’ll have access to Private Office Hours for continued support, allowing you to refine insights, ask targeted questions, and stay aligned as you apply what you’ve learned. Office hours are available by appointment only, between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM PST.

10 Session Package

$650 total ($65 per session)

For deeper work and consistent progress.
Includes 10 sessions you can schedule at your own pace.

4- Week 1:1 Program - Prime

$396 total ($99 per session)

 A fully customized four-week, one-to-one program with guided worksheets and real-time exercises, plus extended support between sessions.
